All orders within Greece are shipped via ACS Courier.

Shipping costs for shipments within Greece
For purchases within Greece, the following rates apply:

A) ORDERS WITH A VALUE GREATER THAN 80€
For orders with a value of more than 80€, shipping is free of charge (without shipping costs), provided that the items are not bulky*.

IMPORTANT: For orders involving:

c)other bulky items

There may be an additional charge for shipping costs due to the increased volume of parcels.

B) ORDERS WITH A VALUE OF LESS THAN 80€
For orders with a value of less than 80€, the shipping costs are 3,5 € nationwide for the first 2 kg and 1,30 € for each subsequent kg.

C) DELIVERY FROM THE ATHENS STORE

Withdrawal / Return – Change of Products

If after receiving your order you wish to return a product, the company follows a single policy regarding the returns of products sold through its website, which is in accordance with European and Greek consumer protection legislation. The product to be returned must be in excellent condition and in intact packaging and not used.

If the conditions are met and a product return is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product (s), or to receive cash back, if the purchase was made in cash. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the transaction will be canceled.

For any return that the customer wishes not to make a change with another product but a refund must be returned within (14) fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt at his own expense with ACS.
