Return of defective products
In cases where, with proven fault of motionsport.gr, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then motionsport.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account that will be indicated to it), as well as the return costs.
Order cancellation – Return of products (Right of withdrawal)
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
A) Before shipping the product
Before sending the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to sales@motionsport.gr or by phone at 210 5912911 during the hours 10: 00-14: 0 and 17: 30-21: 00 Tuesday, Thursday and Friday or 10: 00-15: 00 Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
B) Upon receipt of the product
Upon receipt of the product you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product.
It is clarified that in order to proceed with the return of the product, the conditions mentioned above regarding the damage of the returned products, etc. must be observed.
Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back.
There is a charge for each refund due to shipping costs. More detail:
HELLAS
a) If the value of your order was up to € 79.99 the amount that will be returned to you will be reduced by the amount of the initial shipment from the total value of returned items (since you have already paid the shipping of the shipment).
b) If the value of the order was over 80 €, the amount that will be returned to you will be reduced by the amount that the shipment would cost from the total value of returned items
Example: if you order a product (s) worth € 100 (and you paid € 100 when they shipped, without shipping costs), in case of a refund, you will receive:
100 € (value of returned product) – shipping cost that you were not originally charged
The return of parcels to us must be done exclusively with ACS Courier.
In case you wish to use another transport company (besides ACS), then the shipping cost is borne exclusively by you.
Important notes:
In any case, you must send us your Bank Account in IBAN format by email to sales@motionsport.gr.
The refund is made within 10 working days from the moment we receive your parcel.
In case your Bank Account does not belong to Eurobank, then the transfer costs (commission) are borne exclusively by you.
If you choose another shipping company to return the product, we will refund the entire amount of the purchase and the shipping costs will be borne exclusively by you.
In no case is the return of the product accepted by regular mail (ELTA) or by bus.
Products that can not be returned:
In the following product categories:
a) Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
b) Face masks (for hygiene reasons)
c) Socks (for hygiene reasons)
no returns are made, for obvious reasons.
Refusal to accept an order
In case you place an order online or by phone, it is sent to you and for your personal reasons you refuse to receive it at the time of delivery, then you will be fully charged the shipping costs.
You will be notified about the above, with automated email & SMS.
Otherwise, in the absence of a response from you, our company reserves the right to exercise all its legal rights.
Note: In case a customer has already refused once the receipt of an order and in the future wishes to re-order from our store, the permitted payment methods are: bank deposit, payment by credit / debit card and PayPal . The method of payment by cash on delivery in this case, that is, is not possible.
In addition, if there is no previous financial settlement of the previous debt (10 €), the cost of the new order is automatically increased by 10 €.
